Responsibilities

Differentiate and characterize multiple stem cell derived retinal lines
-
Perform cellular and molecular characterization of RPE using advanced laboratory techniques (e.g., immunostaining, gene expression analysis, microscopy).

Develop and conduct in-vitro allogeneic response assays to assess immunogenicity.

Lead experimental designs, perform data analysis, and upkeep accurate documentation of research findings.

Collaborate closely with team members on translational research aimed at therapeutic application.

Operate and maintain specialized lab equipment, ensuring compliance with laboratory safety standards.
Job Requirements

PhD degree in Biology, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.

Strong interest in Stem Cell Biology, Regenerative Medicine, and Immunology.

Hands-on experience with stem cells and immune cells

Practical skills in molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, flow cytometry, immunostaining, microscopy).

Experience with in-vitro immune assays (e.g., PBMC co-culture) is advantageous.

Strong data analysis and interpretation skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities, preferably with a strong publication record.
