We seek a postdoctoral research fellow to join us in our discovery of molecular drivers of Metabolic-Dysfunction Associated Steatotic Liver Disease.
In this position, you are required to be:

Proficient in working with liver stem cell lines and primary cell cultures, including genetic manipulation in culture systems.

Familiar with mouse models, particularly related to liver biology.
-
Analyse and integrate multi-omics datasets.
-
Assist in the design, planning, and execution of research projects.
-
Collect, analyse, and interpret data using appropriate statistical methods and software.
-
Conduct literature reviews and summarize relevant research findings.
-
Collaborate with the research team to develop research protocols and methodologies.
-
Prepare and maintain accurate records of research activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
-
Contribute to the development of research proposals and grant applications.
-
Assist in the preparation of research publications, including manuscripts, reports, and presentations.
-
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements throughout the research process.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
You will need:

PhD degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, psychology, social sciences, etc.).

Experience in data collection, management, and analysis using software such as SPSS, R, or Python.

Proficient in conducting literature reviews and synthesizing research findings.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present research findings.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
