The L&OD Division comprises of three functional teams in the domain of Leadership Development (LD), Learning and Development (L&D), and Organisation Development (OD).
As a Manager / Senior Manager of the Organisation Development (OD) team, your day-to-day responsibilities would include:
- Providing advisory support to team/ department leads on a range of organisation development matters, such as organisational diagnosis, change and transformation, climate and culture.
- Using appropriate organisational diagnostic models and methodologies to plan and administer surveys, focus groups and interviews to assess employee engagement, organisation climate, change readiness or other specific organsational issues.
- Conducting basic to intermediate statistical analyses on data collected, interpreting the findings and presenting insights that provide meaningful feedback to the stakeholders for decision-making and action.
- Managing different types of organisational interventions that address issues at the team/ departmental level by overseeing the identification, planning, design, implementation and review of appropriate interventions, in consultation with key stakeholders.
- Applying human and group dynamics to plan, design and facilitate small/ large group discussions at the team/ department level.
- Planning budget required to carry out organisation development related activities at all levels in the organization, and working within budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant organisation development experience.
- Passion to help individuals, teams and organisations to be more effective through L&OD.
- Established track record in implementing organisation development initiatives and projects (for e.g. employee engagement and organisation climate surveys, change management, team development and leadership retreats).
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
