About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Photonic Chip Processing Engineer to drive the development and optimization of wafer-scale photonic chip fabrication processes. In this role, you will work on advanced photonic device integration, process development, and yield improvement for next-generation photonic technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead process development and optimization for photonic integrated circuits (PICs).

Develop process flows to improve yield, device performance, and reliability.

Collaborate with foundries, vendors, and internal teams to enhance process scalability and manufacturability.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps.
Qualifications:

PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience in photonic chip processing.

Strong expertise in semiconductor processing, cleanroom fabrication, and photonic device characterization.

Hands-on experience with lithography, plasma etching, thin-film deposition.

Strong project management and leadership skills.
