Responsibilities:

Support the planning, execution and facilitation of employee engagement initiatives, including events and community-building activities.

Conduct site recce, coordinate with facility managers and programme coordinators to assess event spaces and ensure execution for planned activities.

Design and create publicity materials (e.g., posters, EDMs, social media graphics) using Adobe InDesign or other digital design tools.

Manage project budget, ensuring proper tracking, approvals, and financial accountability (e.g. scoping ITQs, tenders and payment management).

Oversee the smooth running of facility that include maintenance.

Schedule and coordinate meetings for the team with internal and external stakeholders.

Handle office administration, ensuring efficient workflow and document filing.

Serve as a point of contact for internal (HR, OD, IT, Finance, Research entities) and external partners (vendors, public agencies).

Adapt and respond to fast evolving project needs while maintaining strong process management and operational efficiency.
Requirements:

Degree in any discipline.

Candidates with experience in project management, HR, Organisation Development (OD), Marketing Communications or Psychology functions will have an advantage.

3 to 5 years of project management, event management, or marketing experience (highlight experience in your CV).

Proficient in Adobe InDesign or other digital design software (include artwork done in your CV).

Strong ability to multi-task, work independently, and prioritise workloads effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Hands-on, outgoing, and proactive approach to executing tasks and problem-solving.

Highly meticulous, with attention to detail driven by a high standard in work.
