? The Office of Grants Administration serves to provide oversight in grants management and compliance, in order to promote effective stewardship of RIE funds managed by A*STAR as an Implementing Agency, as well as grants held by A*STAR as grant recipients.
The role of the Associate / Senior Associate includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Grant Administration
- Front general communications on grants schemes and processes to internal and external stakeholders
- Collation and checking of grants documentation (e.g. proposals, reports, variation requests, fund requisitions)
- Collation and preparation of data for reporting purposes
- Record keeping and archiving grants documentation
- Provide administrative support for awarded grants through digital grants management system
- General Administrative and Clerical Support to the team
- Schedule grant evaluation meetings and prepare the necessary logistics
- Assist in the procurement and admin activities for grant reviews
- Events/Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with A*STAR RIs and other government agencies to ensure the smooth execution of the event
- Assist in the organisation of visits, conferences and other events
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
