The Biological Resource Centre (BRC) is an AAALAC International accredited and bizSAFE Level 3 certified laboratory animal facility that provides high quality animal housing and animal support services. BRC is seeking an Associate (Administration) to join us to support the administrative duties.
Job Description
-
Working closely with Finance and assist in billing of customers.

Follow up with customers on overdue invoices.

Communicate with customers/vendors via phone, email or personally and investigate and resolve customer queries.

Performance of Good Receipt.
-
Maintain and update booking system details when needed.

Collation of information for Management.
-
Assist with Management / Financial reporting.
-
Preparation of presentation slides.
-
Carry out other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:

Diploma in Business or Accountancy, or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous.

Ability to break down tasks into deliverables and set realistic timelines for completion.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
-
Excellent spoken & written communication skills.
-
Knowledge of SAP system will be advantageous.
