Job Responsibilities
1. Provide financial planning and analysis support to SIFBI Management and Research Divisions, including:
· Plan and manage SIFBI financial resources to ensure proper budget management
· Work closely with stakeholders to optimise resource allocation and utilisation
· Consolidate, evaluate and prepare the annual budget request and mid-year review
· Monitor and track budget utilisation; prepare, analyse and present regular management reports
· Support internal and external reporting for timely submission (e.g. yearly report, KPI reporting, etc.)
2. Support SIFBI Project Management team on
· Grant and Industry projects set up and budget management
· Ensure timely payments, collections, endorsement of grant requests and final statement of accounts to enable timely drawdown and closure of funds for liquidity management
3. Support the Resource Planning function
- Review monthly manpower projections and optimise manpower budgets
· Ensure staff are charged to correct projects
4. Create new SOPs and review of current processes and procedures, with continuous improvement and optimisation.
5. Assist in other duties as assigned.
Qualification & Experience
· Degree in any disciplines
· Experience in financial management, preferably in public sector, will be an added advantage
· Minimum 5 years working experience
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
· Basic knowledge of Tableau and other data visualisation applications
