Job Description:

Be part of an exciting FAB Team working on cutting-edge advanced packaging process technologies. Partner and work with various teams in IME, to be the lead in FAB inventory management, logistic planning, and its related operations to always enable smooth operations and develop packaging solutions and taking the solutions from concept to production.

This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Looking for a reliable, agile, resourceful, meticulous and professional individual.
• Lead in planning, sourcing and initiating purchase requests accordingly to day-to-day materials and spare-parts requirements to ensure stock adequacy for Fab operations.
• Follow through on orders from purchase initiation to delivery, ensuring goods are delivered on time, including coordination with forwarders when required.
• Provide good supports on logistics and inventory movements required to enable smooth FAB cleanroom operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills so to work seamlessly with various stakeholders to ensure inventory adequacy and logistics efficiencies.
• Self-starter with strong ability to work with own initiative under minimal supervision.
• Process strong sense of customer service mind-set and teamwork.
• Strong flexibility and ability to handle multiple requests from across teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in driving initiatives toward systematic inventory digitalisation.
• Ability to work in a multi-task environment and perform other duties assigned by Department Managers.

Experience:

• Education:  Degree in engineering discipline, preferably with exposure to procurement, supply chain logistics, or warehouse operations.
• At least 3 years of related semiconductor engineering experience, with strong networks among semiconductor material suppliers and equipment vendors.
• Relevant experience in analytics or strategic reporting will be an added advantage.
