Postdoc 1:
Job Description
-
Perform bioinformatics and computational analysis of large-scale multi-omics datasets, including proteomics, bulk/single-cell transcriptomics, and spatial omics in cancer

Develop and optimize R/Python pipelines for data processing, integration, and analysis
-
Interpret results to derive biologically and clinically meaningful insights
-
Apply statistical modelling and machine-learning methods
-
Manage data workflows, archiving, and project-related software/IT needs
-
Work closely with the PI, Team PIs, and their respective teams on all data-related matters; responsibilities are not limited to the above.
Requirements
-
PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field
-
Strong experience in proteomics, transcriptomics, and spatial omics analysis

Proficiency in R and Python with experience in multi-omics integration
Postdoc 2:
Job Description
-
Conduct all proteomics (both Mass Spec/Non-Mass Spec) analyses including new proteomics workflow/tech development
-
Validate proteomics data in clinical, and cell/organoid/animal model samples using biochemical and cell/spatial biological analyses - imaging validation (e.g. SHG, AFM) and support assay prototype development
-
Handle clinical samples, reporting, presentation, training juniors and administrative duties
-
Work closely with the PI, Team PIs, and their respective teams on all proteomics, spatial biology, and related research themes; duties not limited to the above.
Requirements
-
PhD in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Proteomics or related life sciences field
-
Hands-on experience in advanced MS-based proteomics, biological validations and spatial proteomics (plus)
Experience with clinical samples, biochemical assays and imaging preferred
