Job Descriptions

• Perform battery cycling tests and monitor battery performance and degradation trends over time.
• Handle, inspect and evaluate commercial battery samples, including cells, modules and packs.
• Assist in the setting up and executing battery-related experiments.
• Support data acquisition and preliminary data analysis to assess battery performance, degradation behavior, and safety metrics.
• Work closely with internal project teams and external industry partners across various battery projects.

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in battery R&D, energy storage systems or battery safety testing is an advantage.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as MATLAB, Python, Excel, or Origin.
• Understanding of electrical measurement techniques, including voltage, current, and temperature sensing.
• Strong interest in learning and developing expertise in battery safety technologies, testing methodologies, and advanced data analysis and machine learning.
• Ability to follow instruction and perform effectively under supervision.
• Strong teamwork mindset with clear and effective communication skills.
