Supported by industry partnerships, our mission is to accelerate platform development and drive clinical translation. Our research spans cancer biology, antibody discovery and engineering, bispecific antibody development, and T-cell based therapies.
We are seeking a Research Scientist who shares our passion for translational cancer research and is eager to contribute to the development of cutting-edge therapeutic approaches with real clinical impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to research projects in T-cell based therapies, with emphasis on T-cell engineering and optimization.
- Support the development of platforms aimed at clinical translation.
- Troubleshoot and optimize experimental workflows.
- Advance translational studies with potential for startup development.
Requirements
- PhD in Immunology, Cancer Immunotherapy or related.
- Strong knowledge of immunology, cancer immunotherapy, T-cell biology, and/or structural biology.
- Hands-on experience in animal handling and immune cell culture.
- Prior experience in T-cell therapy development (CAR-T, TCR-T, or related).
- Proficiency in molecular and cellular biology techniques.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills, responsibility, and eagerness to learn.
